Our Annual Maintenance Contracts are tailored to the client's
specific requirements and the type of system. This service is
provided for a fixed contracted period and covers:-
- Factory authorised repair
- Emergency care
- Preventive maintenance and warranty services, including extended
warranties for the same degree of protection after expiry of
the manufacturer's warranty
- On-site support as needed
Our repair facility is fully equipped to service all products
within and out of warranty supplied through us. It is manned by
qualified technicians trained on multimedia products and systems.
Through a well developed system for maintaining inventory control
of spares, we provide quick service to our valuable customers,
helping us in developing our group image with our principal’s
and competitors. We pay regular visits to our customers so as
to get regular feedback, which then enables us to accurately track
the performance of our equipments and also establish measures
ensuring the consistency in performance of those equipments. Through
