A dealer network is being developed in some of the key cities in the eastern and southern parts of the country. After sales service being our focus, and a responsive maintenance being our forte, we have been able to set standards in the industry by achieving very low M.T.T.R (Mean Time To Repair). No matter where our systems are placed, we have created an infrastructure that stresses on our maintenance team constantly getting feedback from our clients with regular checks on our installed systems. This has directly led to high customer satisfaction, which is evident from our surveys.
